  • More information on Brazil:

Brazil – with the country’s name, one associates endless Amazon jungle, wonderful beaches, Rio de Janeiro, carnival and samba. This is all correct but in reality: Brazil is much more than a country of the superlatives!

Brazil, a country of immense proportions and contrasts, is a mysterious attraction for many people – The country, alone, is almost the size of Europe and covers half of the South American continent. The climate changes from the permanent warm, tropic north over all sub tropic variants to the moderate South. Since the 16th century – when the Portuguese began to settle in the country – Brazil has always had a magic attraction for foreigners. First there was the gold and then rubber and coffee, and today it is above all the rhythm and the exotic that attracts tourists. The Brazilian people show a lot of happiness, kindness and spontaneity. The largest country in South America is a mirror of fascinating pictures.

More information about the route you will visit with your tour:

The Route of Emotions (Rota das Emoções, in Portuguese) includes the states of Maranhão, Piauí and Ceará.

Travelling with this tour you will visit the marvellous “Lençóis Maranhenses” – a desert of white sand dunes with crystal-clear freshwater lagoons; the Parnaíba’s Delta that is a show on its own – the only delta that empties into the open sea in the Americas and the third largest in the world. Its ramifications, arms formed by the river before finding the sea, draw an archipelago of over 75 islands, dunes, freshwater ponds and lush tropical forest that witnesses the rare spectacle prepared by nature; and the calm beaches of Jericoacoara – a remote, peaceful beach that has gained popularity due to its magnificent palm-fringed shore and impressive sand dunes from where you will be able to enjoy spectacular sunsets.

    More information on visa requirements:
